EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAMS
Our Early Childhood Program consists of Nursery School for 3 year olds and Pre-Kindergarten for 4 year olds.
Nursery for 3 year olds concentrates on the social and physical growth of early childhood. Christian values, socialization and positive self-esteem, language development, arts and crafts and hands-on learning are key elements of this program.
Pre-Kindergarten for 4 year olds emphasizes development of the academic, physical, spiritual and social skills so that each child can achieve in the school setting. Spiritual values, letter and sound recognition, alphabet and phonetic awareness, science activities, thematic and monthly themes are key elements of this program.
We offer full and half-day programs, as well as, before and aftercare for our early childhood students.
Our Kindergarten Program is a full day program.
Kindergarten lays the foundation for a child to become a thinking, caring student. It provides the material, experience, relationships and opportunities to meet the spiritual, social, intellectual, emotional and physical needs of the young child.
Students receive instruction in English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science and Social Studies. A strong emphasis is placed on the English Language Arts and Math. Students experience the foundational skills needed for learning in grade one and beyond.
Religion is taught and students participate in liturgical and para-liturgical experiences.
Included in the Kindergarten Program is instruction in Art, Music, Library, Gym, Computers and Science Lab.
We offer Before Care and After Care for our Kindergarten students.
