I am so excited to have you joining my Fifth Grade Class! You will be growing so much this year as readers, writers, mathematicians, scientists, and so much more. We will be continuing our religious studies as well. Fifth grade has a lot of fun opportunities like participating in the Trinity STEM fair, novel studies in reading, and fun projects in all subject areas. In fourth grade social studies we focus on the history of New York. Fifth grade social studies focuses on the history, culture, and geography of the Western Hemisphere, specifically the US, Canada, and Latin America. We are going to have an exciting year! I can’t wait!
It is truly an honor to be able to teach your children! Trinity Regional School has a wonderful community of families. Throughout the school year, I keep communication open with parents through email and phone calls. Whenever a parent reaches out to me, I like to get back to parents within a timely manner. I also utilize Google Classroom for each of the classes and subjects I teach. Within Google Classroom, I post reminders, a weekly homework document, as well as any notes that the students have written during class time.
