    • Why choose Trinity Regional for Early Childhood?

Being a Catholic School, religion and faith are interwoven throughout each grade and curriculum. This shared spiritual focus creates a special sense of community among the children.

Families who share the Catholic faith get these values reinforced daily as their children receive religious instruction, attend monthly Mass and Prayer Services, recite morning prayers, altar serve and prepare for the Sacraments of Reconciliation, Holy Eucharist and Confirmation.

Focusing on more than just academics, we teach our children the values that are at the very foundation of a successful life. Characteristics such as: Hard Work, discipline, punctuality, kindness, generosity, responsibility, honesty, perseverance, service and compassion.

"The Early Childhood program at Trinity Regional has provided our children, Adam and Clare, with a solid foundation that we know will benefit them in the years to come. The Nursery and Pre-K teachers at Trinity regard each child as an individual with unique strengths and needs, working closely with parents to help each student to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Presented with engaging, age-appropriate learning opportunities, our children enjoyed going to school every day, and the consistent routines put in place allowed them to thrive! Most importantly, we were impressed by the faith-filled experiences that surrounded our children, even at such a young age. From daily prayer and feast day celebrations to structured religious instruction, faith played a vital role in our children’s classrooms and is truly at the heart of Trinity education."

“Trinity Regional School has had a profound impact on the academic and spiritual education of our three year old son. He comes home everyday with work they do in class and stories about what he learned with his classmates. Beyond being provided with the skills needed for PreK and beyond, he is also developing his relationship with God and the Catholic Church.”

    • About Pre-K

Students must be 4 years old by the Month/Date determined by the students home school district

*All students applying for admission must be fully toilet trained - pull ups not permitted.

      • 5 Day Half Day from 8:45  AM - 11:30 AM
      • 5 Day Full Day from 8:45 AM - 3:00 PM

The school day includes time focused on pre-reading and writing skills, gross and fine motor development, socialization and play, physical activity, snack, lunch, and rest time.

Students will be learning to read and write using the  Heggerty program. Our Pre-K students will receive a systematic program in critical foundational skills emphasizing:
      • phonemic awareness
      • phonics
      • handwriting
Pre -K students will also follow a math curriculum - HMH Math Expressions. Mastering math starts with knowing the numbers. We get students started on the right path in Pre-K, but that's just the beginning. It’s also about looking beyond numbers to understand how and why they work, and learning to ask the questions that lead to a thoughtful, informed approach to solving problems.

    • From Pre-K Parents

"Trinity Regional School is preparing our preschooler for kindergarten in mind, body, and spirit! She absolutely loves school and we know that she is in a safe and nurturing environment. We are confident that the academic excellence is giving her a head start, but more than that, we know she is at home at Trinity!"

      -Danielle & Peter Senneca
