In 6th grade, students will study World History. Ancient civilizations such as Mesopotamia, Greece, Egypt, Rome, and China will be explored. Students will also study the Renaissance and European Industrial Revolution. 7th grade students will focus on American History, starting with the arrival of early people moving into the Americas. Exploration, colonization, the American Revolution, and the Civil War are some of the topics that will be covered. American History continues in 8th grade, where students will examine Reconstruction, Westward Expansion, The Progressive Era, Imperialism and World War I, The Great Depression, World War II, and Postwar America.
We will face each day with a positive attitude, an open mind, and God in our hearts.
