About Mr. DammGreetings! My name is Mr. Damm and I am the Physical Education teacher at Trinity Regional School. I joined the Trinity family in 2022 and I have been teaching for 21 years prior. I have a degree in physical education and coaching. I grew up in East Northport.

Welcome Students and Families!I'm looking forward to another great school year where I expect students to come to Phys Ed class fully prepared and eager to participate in whatever lesson I have prepared for them. In grades Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd grade, I create a fun and safe environment where students have the opportunity to improve their physical fitness, coordination, enhance positive social inter-play skills, and learn to follow simple game rules and instructions. In grades 3rd - 8th, we work on improving physical fitness and athletic skills in various sports, along with the understanding of good sportsmanship and fair play.
